A working meeting of the Minister of Culture Amina Shafikova with the Consul General of the Republic of Turkey in Kazan Ahmet Sadyk Dogan took place today at the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

During the meeting, issues of further cooperation between the Republic of Bashkortostan and the Republic of Turkey were discussed - in particular, they spoke about the “cross” Year of Culture and Tourism of Russia and Turkey in 2019. The parties discussed a number of exchange events in the coming year.

Amina Shafikova also proposed to send a team of the Turkish theater in 2019 to participate in the International Theater Festival "Tuganlyk".
