To the 100th anniversary of the republic and the 100th anniversary of the national poet of Bashkortostan M. Karim, the newspaper "Yashlek" announced a literary contest named after M.Karim. The competition will be held with the support of the Writers' Union of Belarus and Bashkir Publishing House "Kitap" Z. Biyisheva.

To participate in the competition, organizers are asked to send prosaic works on a free topic in the Bashkir language with a maximum of 10 pages (A4 format, 14th font). There are no age restrictions.

Only works that have not been published before and not published anywhere are considered. Stories are accepted from January 10, 2018 until September 1, 2019. The main prize - 50 thousand rubles, the best works will also be published in the newspaper "Yoshlek". Works that have scored high scores will later be published in a separate collection in the Kitap publishing house.
