For the fourth time, the capital of Bashkortostan pleases its residents, city guests and spectators around the world with a large-scale musical marathon - the International Festival of the Arts “Heart of Eurasia”. For four days, tens of thousands of hearts will beat in the rhythm of friendship, art and co-creation.

Today at the amphitheater of the Congress Hall "Toratau" took place "Ethnonoch", which was preceded by the National Costume Festival. Recall the participants of the multinational festive procession were more than 3000 people. It is noteworthy that this year the “Heart of Eurasia” has become a platform for another major event: the XII All-Russian Marathon Festival “Songs of Russia” by Nadezhda Babkina is taking place from June 10 to 19 in Bashkortostan. The headliner of this evening was one of the most successful Russian-language rock bands - Bi-2.

    “Congratulations to all with wonderful holidays - the Day of the city, the birthday of Salavat Yulaev and the Day of Russia! In this format, the festival “Heart of Eurasia” has been held for the fourth year already, and in the Ufa amphitheater such events have been held since 2013. I would like to note that this year we are dedicating the entire festival to the 100th anniversary of our republic. Every evening is beautiful, every evening is unique. We hope that the residents will also join in and we will all participate in all the events together, ”said Amina Shafikova, Minister of Culture of the Republic of Bashkortostan, in an interview with journalists.

The concert program was opened by the performance of the St. Petersburg group Ingervala. The team presented folk music of North-West Russia.

    “Despite the fact that we have been engaged in music for a long time, our team is only a year old. Of course, flattering to be on such a serious site. The venue is very cool, thank you so much for calling, ”the artists said.

The marathon festival “Songs of Russia”, whose artistic director is the national artist of Russia Nadezhda Babkina, has already visited three cities of the republic. Today the Moscow State Academic Theater of Folklore “Russian Song”, the ensemble “Russian Song”, the show-ballet “Living Planet”, the folk group “After Eleven”, the ensemble “Russians”, Yevgeny Gore, the State Ensemble congratulated the Ufimtsevs and the guests of the capital on the holiday. Cossack Song "Krinitsa", Governor's Dance Theater of the State Philharmonic of Kuzbass "Siberian Kaleidoscope", dulists ensemble "Rhythms of the Mountains", ethnographic folklore studio "Merema", folklore ensemble "Aylanys", Honored Artist of the Republic of Sakh а (Yakutia) Albina Degtyaryova, Folklore Ensemble of Song and Dance “Miras”, ethno-show project “Zainetdin”.

    “I am sincerely happy because, as never before, the unification of national traditions here today reminds us of the basis of our Russian state. This is the most important value of the country. And culture unites all-all people, all nationalities and different religions, so that we feel and understand each other, the neighborhood, and know whose land we are natives. They remembered, honored the memory of their ancestors. All those who now walked with an amazing multinational ribbon of round dance brightly reflect our whole soul, our desire to be together, to rejoice and enjoy, ”said Nadezhda Georgievna.

With their creativity, the audience was once again delighted by the participants of the World Folkloriad in Mexico, the winners of the festival “Universe of nomads” - the group “Argymak”. Along with the best songs, they also presented a drum show.

At the conclusion of the first festival day, the long-awaited headliners took to the stage. Under the pouring rain and the stormy ovations of a crowd of many thousands, the Bi-2 group performed several songs from the album “Event Horizon”, their famous hits and novelties - from “Silver” to “Philosopher's Stone”.

Traditionally, the program was completed by the Anthem of the “Heart of Eurasia” festival performed by Polina Kobets, Yekaterina Yamschikova and Siyavush Shermatzade, and the bright emotions of all participants and spectators exploded with the lights of a grandiose festive firework.

Tomorrow, on June 13, at 19:00 a symphonic night will be held in the park “Vatan”. Together with the National and Youth Symphony Orchestras of the Republic of Bashkortostan, People's Artist of Bashkortostan Askar Abdrazakov, soloists of the Moscow New Opera Theater Olga and Elena Terentyevy, as well as honored guests from Japan - Seyiti Furukawa and Natalia Yurkanova will perform.
