The IV International "Silver Akbuzat" festival will be lasting from the 24th to 27th of August. There is a new nomination for "Social and motivation film" this year.  The press-conference was held today at the "Bashinform" news agency.

"Only a few days left until the beginning of the festival. Grand Priz winner will get 1 million rubles and a festival statuette. We are supported by the Ministry of culture of Bashkortostan. There are also some special prizes from our partners to be", - said the Head of the "Bashkortostan" film-studio Yunir Aminev. 

A festival statue is made of copper and silver and designed by Arslan Bikbaev and Salavat Ganeev. It symbolizes the mythical flying horse of inspiration called Akbuzat. Every nomination winner will get one. 

The beginning of the film-festival will be set on August 24 at the State Concert Hall "Bashkortostan". 

The contest programme starts on the same day. Movie-shows will last for 3 days at the Rodina cinema for free. 

"The movies will be showed repeatedly. The programme is going to be very interested and high-grade", - said Zukhra Burakaeva, the coordinator of the project. 

The contestants come from Australia, Azerbaijan, Armenia, India, China, Mjanma, Indonesia, Iran, Moldova, Kazakhstan, Kyrgizstan, Lithuania, Nepal, Rhuanda, Uzbekistan, France, and South Korea. There are also films from Russia regions, such as Tatarstan, Buratia, Samara district, Saint-Petersburg and Moscow.
