On February 27 and 28 on the chamber stage of the Russian Dramatic Theater of the Republic there is a premiere of the play “Death of Tarelkin”.

A play by Alexander Vasilyevich Sukhovo-Kobylin "Death of Tarelkin" on the stage of the GARDT is staged by director Anton Sweet. The sketch of the play was presented at the Creative Laboratory of Modern Drama and Direction, which was held in the theater in the fall. The passage was perceived with a bang, so it was decided in the theater to make the performance a reality.

The grotesque author's text, written over a century ago and far beyond satire, remains strikingly relevant today.
