The meeting was devoted to the formation of a common cultural and educational space by creating a new type of cultural institutions, as well as the identification of new targets for the modernization of the industry. The event was attended by representatives of all branches of government, heads of the republican ministries and departments, heads of municipal administrations, heads of departments of culture, members of the board of the Public Council under the Ministry of Culture, representatives of the media.

Before the start of the meeting for the forum participants a tour of the new Center was held. In the foyer of the new cultural and educational facility guests I met a real robot. The main idea of ​​the Center for Cultural Development is the creation of a modern playground for children and youth, their involvement in creative activities, using modern technological processes in various areas of activity: music, television and cinematic direction, library and information area with a multimedia department, rock school, animation and animation, basic computer center, movie and TV studio, e-sports, robotics, 3D - modeling and prototyping, aeromodelling, etc. The center provides cultural development elevators for visitors with disabilities, to connect Wi-Fi.

The adjacent area is planned to create a park zone, which will be a sort of ecological laboratory center and playground, certified for delivery of norms GTO. During the summer, next to the entrance area will be organized for outdoor reading.

Rustem Khamitov noted that envy the guys who are now able to engage in such a wonderful heart.

"What we are seeing today is a new step. This is a completely different idea of ​​what should be a cultural, educational center. When we say "cultural center" many have in mind the image of: scene, accordion, chorus, dance ... And here we see the unity of the educational and cultural process. Here, a new harmony, a new situation, which meets the requirements of the day, - said the head of the region. - I'll tell you honestly, frankly, I am inspired by what I see. Of course, it is already tomorrow on how to approach the educational, cultural processes in our municipalities, metropolitan areas".

 Rustem Z. stressed that the center carries several functions, made for children, for the people, so that we did not have in the country "dark corners". Made to move progress.

 The head of Bashkortostan said that it is important to explore options for a model, modern libraries, which are both a meeting place and discussion venue, discussing interesting issues.

 "Shaping the new library space, we could climb another step in cultural terms. This should make sense, but at the same time you need to do. We need one or two libraries in Ufa, Sterlitamak, Salavat and Birsk. Please do not stop the Ministry of Culture to work on the search for variants of modern libraries. Let the little, poor, humble, but at the same time, a warm atmosphere and on the right for the thinking of the people who live in this territory. we are obliged to you to carry out such work. "
