On December 26, the Museum of the History of the City of Ufa hosted a holiday - Giver's Day, to which the donors themselves, as well as guests of honor and friends of the museum, were invited.

In 2022, the museum returned to the tradition of gathering all givers together on New Year's Eve. For the first time, such a celebration was held within the walls of the institution in 2019.

In 2022 more than 500 items were transferred to the museum. Some of them immediately took their place in the exposition.

In particular, in December 2022, Sergei Chugunov donated to the museum his collection “The Russian Imperial Army of the 18th–beginning. XX centuries". It includes 92 author's figurines of warriors of different times, each detail of which is fully consistent with the historical era.

Donor's Day is a tribute and gratitude to those people who disinterestedly donate their family relics, dear to the heart, to the museum, understanding the importance of the museum collection in the education and upbringing of the younger generation.

The meeting with the donors turned out to be warm and trusting in a family way. The organizers thank the friends and hope that over the years the friendship will only grow stronger, and the number of friends will grow.
