The Republic of Bashkortostan hosted the All-Russian ART-project “Young Talents”, which included All-Russian competitions for young performers on strings, wind and percussion, folk, including Bashkir, instruments, pianists and vocalists, as well as performers of theatrical genres.

Based on the results of competitive auditions in each competition, the jury determined the Grand Prix winner (11 participants), 50 participants became laureates of the 1st degree, 52 participants became laureates of the 2nd degree, 66 participants became laureates of the 3rd degree, 60 participants became diploma winners, the rest received a diploma of the participant of the competition. Also, 109 teachers and 50 accompanists were awarded diplomas of the competition for preparing the laureate of the competition and for accompanist skills.

The event was held in accordance with the action plans of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Bashkortostan and the Republican Educational and Methodological Center for Education of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
