The season of festivals in Bashkortostan opens festival-contest of pop songs and dance "Kreschenskie morozy"

Opening of republican festival-contest "Kreschenskie morozy" of variety song and dance becomes the first creative contest, opening the competitive season in the republic. Traditionally, it takes place in the most crackling winter frosts in Birsk. Young musicians, singers, dancers and pop groups will gather at the scene of the city's Palace of Culture on 19-21 January.

According to the press service of the National Center of Folk Art of RB, to the contest today received about 30 applications for participation. The skill will be shown by young artists: vocalists, vocal and instrumental groups, dancers and rap artists.

Inauguration of the XXIII Republican contest-festival "Kreschenskie morozy" of pop song and dance will be held on 19 January. On the same day will be held views in the "Pop Song" category. January 20, the jury will evaluate the participants in the categories "Variety dance" and "Pop Music". January 21 will be held bright gala concert.

Remember that the first festival was held in 1994, which was attended by solo performers and musical groups. In 1999, the musical-song genre added the nomination "Choreography", which eventually became the most spectacular part of the contest. The event has received the status of "Open republican festival-competition" from 2015.

As a festival organizers are the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Bashkortostan, the Republican center of folk art, the administration of the municipal district of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Birsk area.
