Since May 4, the "Soldiers of Victory" photo exhibition in the Center for Contemporary Art "Clouds" begins its work.

The exposition is dedicated to the 73rd anniversary of the Victory of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War. The organizers of the exhibition are the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Bashkortostan, the Republican Center for Folk Art, the Republican Photo Club "Agidel", the Bashkir Branch of the Union of Photo Artists of Russia, the Center for Contemporary Art "Clouds".

The exposition consists of historical photographs of our wartime countrymen-participants of the Great Patriotic War and Labor Front from family archives of the residents of the Republic of Bashkortostan, collected and restored by members of the Republican photo club "Agidel" of the RCNT, other archival photographs. The exposition also included the works of photo artists - members of the Republican photo club "Agidel" R. Badykov, H. Safin, R. Kilmamatov, R. Nafikov, S. Komkova, T. Andreeva, Yu. Pichugin and other authors about the modern life of veterans of war and labor , about celebrating the holiday of the Great Victory in Ufa.

Photo project "Soldiers of Victory" was launched in 2005 on the eve of the 60th anniversary of the Great Victory and since then every year new photos have been added, the heroes of which are simple soldiers, our fathers, grandfathers and great-grandparents, look at the objectives of captured cameras to send good news from the front ... This year the photo project "Soldiers of Victory" was supplemented with new photographs including the celebration of the Victory Day in Ufa, the march of the "Immortal Regiment" in our capital, photos about the modern life of war and labor veterans.
