Latin Jazz is music that combines African and Latin American rhythms with jazz motifs of Latin America, the countries of the Caribbean, Europe and the USA. Such a mix will be presented by the Variety Jazz Orchestra under the direction of the honored artist of Bashkortostan Oleg Kasimov, on October 25, in the same name program.

The concert will feature hot Brazilian rhythms, incendiary samba tunes, bossa nova, rumba and mambo.

By the way, this season the orchestra will celebrate its creative twentieth anniversary. In recent years the Variety Jazz Orchestra has been steadily gaining momentum, participating in many events from the city to the international levels. For more than ten years, EDO has been the main driving force of the International Jazz Festival "Pink Panther", where it performs with world-size stars.

On December 10, Sunday, the Variety Jazz Orchestra will once again enter the stage with the MISTER FUNK program. In the program are the famous compositions of the funk titans, this is the most influential funk figure James Brown, the master of melisms and ornate singing Steve Wonder, the founders of the disco-funk band EARTH, WIND & FIRE, creator and performer of electrofunk style Herbie Hancock.
