In the gallery "Art Expert" (Kirova, 52) the second site of the Republican project "Water Spring" was opened, which was unfolded in the walls of the Art Museum. M.V. Nesterov. The opening was attended by famous masters of the Bashkir watercolor: V. Suzdaltsev, L. Rakhmatullina, O. Samosyuk, G. Karpov, V. Ivanov, Elena Litvinenko, and others.

The event was conducted by the main curator of the BGHM named after M.Sh. M.V. Nesterova V.M. Sorokina and the curator of the project Irina Oskina. V.D. Suzdaltsev and E.Litvinenko made presentations on the fate of the Bashkir watercolor in the 21st century and proposals to the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Belarus on the development of artistic creativity of children and youth on a competitive basis.
