Today, the "Izhad" Gallery finished the Republican drawing competition of E.M. Saitov. The result of the competition was an exhibition of graphics by young artists of the republic.

The winner of the Grand Prix of the competition was Gilyazetdinova G.S. with the works "Geese flew away" and "Paths to the sky" (Ufa), the laureate of the first degree in the nomination "Printed graphics" became Akhungariev I.I. from Krasnokamsky district, Khokhlova D.K. (Ufa) became the laureate of the first degree in the nomination "Unique graphics". All the participants of the contest were awarded certificates signed by the chairman of the jury, the famous graphic artist, the director of the museum named after M. Nesterov, Ayrat Teregulov.

Deputy Minister of Culture of the Republic of Bashkortostan Sh. Abdrakov came to congratulate the participants and guests of the exhibition on behalf of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Bashkortostan: "I believe that the results of the competition in the form of this remarkable exhibition, including, will cause interest among the public. It's very cool that in the republic there is a layer of young artists who are now wonderfully positioning themselves, "said Shamil Feilevich. Also, the Deputy Minister thanked the M. Nesterov Art Museum for the work done.

In honor of the first such competition, at the closing ceremony Liliana Ernstovna - daughter of Ernst Minayakhmetovich, gave his rare works as a gift to the museum named after M.Nesterov, among them - the early watercolor works of the artist.

The competition bears the name of one of the founders of the school of drawing in the Republic of Bashkortostan and the teacher-initiator of the opening of the drawing department at the art department of the Ufa State Institute of Arts of Zagir Ismagilov, Bashkir State Art Museum of M.V. Nesterov contains and stores most of the creative heritage of Ernst Minayakhmetovich Saitov.

The competition was held for the first time among young artists and students (pupils) of art educational institutions of the Republic of Bashkortostan at the age of 16 to 35 years. The works were selected in two nominations: "Unique graphics" and "Printed graphics" "prints".

The contest was held in two stages - over 120 works from 88 artists from all over the country were submitted for the first stage. In the second stage, 84 works of 46 artists from Ufa, Sterlitamak, Ishimbai, Meleuz, Davlekanovo, Abzelilovsky, Askinsky, Baimak, Burzyan, Ziyanchurinsky, Krasnokamsky, Tuimazinsky and Ufa districts of the republic were shown at the exhibition.

As a jury, led by Chairman Ayrat Teregulov, Salavat Gilyazetdinov, Honored Artist of the Republic of Bashkortostan; Svetlana Ignatenko, Honored Art Worker of the Republic of Bashkortostan; Amir Mazitov, Honored Artist of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Talgat Masalimov, Honored Artist of the Republic of Bashkortostan; Valery Melnikov, Honored Artist of the Republic of Bashkortostan; Irina Oskina, Honored Artist of Russia, Honored Artist of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Liliana Ernestovna Saitova, Honorary Member of the Jury.

The competition was organized by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Bashkortostan, the Bashkir State Art Museum named after A.Ya. M.V. Nesterova, Ufa State Institute of Arts of Zagir Ismagilov, "Union of Artists of Russia" in the Republic of Bashkortostan.
