Today, November 1, 2017, in Ufa said goodbye to People's Artist of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Honored Artist of the Russian Federation Pavel Petrovich Salmasov. The artist died on October 30 at the 88th year of his life.

The requiem took place in the BGHM named after. M.V. Nesterov, where in one of the halls an exhibition of the artist's works was organized from the museum's fund.

Deputy Minister of Culture of the Republic of Bashkortostan Shamil Abdrakov expressed his condolences to the relatives and friends of Pavel Salmasov: "Today we say goodbye to an outstanding personality, with this heavy loss the cultural community lost a master, a talented person, a bright memory of Pavel Petrovich will always remain in his works and in our hearts ", Said Shamil Feilevich.

To say goodbye to the artist came colleagues, friends, friends and relatives. The Chairman of the Artists' Union in the Republic of Bashkortostan Fazylov Khatip, the director of the M. After the farewell ceremony, the presenters conducted the artist in the last way - to the southern cemetery where Pavel Salmasov would be buried.
