Today in the Great Hall of the Bashkir State Philharmonic of H. Akhmetov held a unique concert of the project “World music”. The project is presented by the National Orchestra of Folk Instruments of the Republic of Bashkortostan under the direction of Linar Davletbaev, and the Daegu Orchestra from South Korea became its guest. The team, headed by Mr. Hyon Chang Lee, in Ufa is for the first time.

“We didn’t really see the city, we spend every day at rehearsals, but I hope we will have time. The orchestra is positively tuned, thanks to the musicians of NONI. I was also pleased to know that the music of your people and ours is similar, and it was not at all difficult to play a Bashkir piece”, - the head of the orchestra noted.

The head of the National Orchestra of Folk Instruments, Linar Davletbaev, expressed the hope that the project has great potential.

“Recently Tuvans came, we liked to play for each other, to share experience. It is also a pleasure to work with current guests. We sent the score to Korea, and they rewrote it for their instruments. We have a lot in common - similar instruments, the same pentatonic”, - said Linar.

In the first part, Bashkir works were performed, both folk and author. In the second part, the Daegu City Orchestra was on the stage. The musicians of NONI sang the Korean song "Arirang", and the musicians from Korea - the Bashkir melody "Khan kyzy".

The concert was attended by Evgeny Chugaev (dombyra), Ruslan Ishmaev (violin), the group "Yatagan". The musicians performed the favorite melodies all over the world on ancient folk instruments. The brightness and dynamism of the concert was added by the video sequence, light and sound, which plunged the audience into the culture of the friendly peoples of Russia and Korea.
