The VII All-Russian competition of electromusical music "Music of Numbers" is taking place in Ufa. From February 1 to February 18, the first round takes place in the form of absentee listening (viewing) of submitted works presented on digital media. A jury chaired by Honored Artist of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Bashkortostan, People’s Artist of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Dautova Nur Asgatovich evaluates the work of more than 110 contestants from districts and cities of Bashkortostan, as well as from the republics of Komi, Tatarstan, Novosibirsk, Orenburg, Samara, Saratov, Sverdlovsk, Tomsk , Chelyabinsk regions, Krasnoyarsk and Perm regions.

The competition is attended by students, schoolchildren, graduate students and teachers who use electronic musical instruments and digital technologies in creative and educational practice.

The event is held in six nominations: "Solo performance on a synthesizer", "Arranging on a synthesizer (processing, arrangement)", "Arranging on a computer (processing, arranging)", "Composition (on a synthesizer or computer)", "Synthesizer + ..." (nomination for ensembles), “Methodological manual” - nomination for teachers.
