March 11 at 17.00 in the "Clouds" Center for Contemporary Art  opens a new exhibition of the artist Elena Papernaya "Landscapes".

Every woman is a planet whose landscapes bear beauty and life.

"A series of paintings is written under the impression of my trips to Monaco and France. Here the sun warms all year round, and the mountain landscapes delight with its grandeur. It is called "Landscapes". Three paintings from this series I presented at my stand at the international exhibition in Art Monaco on October 27-30, 2016 ", - the artist comments.

With the help of colored planes, Elena depicts the forms of the female body. At the junction of understanding the form and the individual representation of the picture, she draws a parallel between the woman and the planet. On the canvases of the series you can see natural landscapes, such as the desert, mountains.

Inside the Earth there is a fireball. Hence the warm, life-affirming colors. One of the paintings of the collection is called "Flame". White is the color of purity. Orange color symbolizes the joy of life. Red is the color of success and love. Yellow means wealth, light and cheerfulness. Yellow is a symbol of fertility.

The work of the exhibition will last from March 11 to May 12, 2017.
