The closing of the XXIII Russian visual arts festival was held on the 12th of September in Tuapse. 

The "Bashkortostan" film-studio became the laureat of the festival. It presented the fim by R.Yultaev "Out-of-class lesson". The actor Azamat Shagisultanov won the prize "A kid in a film". 

The film by A.Galibin "The little sister" based on the M.Karim's novell  "The joy of our home" also won a prize for "The best kid character". 

The XXIII Russian visual arts festival is supported by the Ministry of Culture of Russia and the Ministry of Education of Russia. More than 4 thousand children from 80 regions of Russia visited the festival.
