Creative biography: was born in aul (Bashkir village) Psyanchino (nowadays Hudaiberdino of Kugarchinsky district). The elementary Russian Bashkir School was opened there. After finishing it he entered the Orenburg madrasse “Khusainiya” .
He failed to finish the school. In 1914 year Shagit Hudaiberdin was conscripted into the tsar military service.
Having received wound, Shagit Ahmetovich came back home. News about the victory of February revolution found him in Ufa, in 144-th spare rifle regiment. In the Ufa garrison it was counted several thousand soldiers among which there were many Muslims. Shagit Hudayberdin conducted revolutionary work among Bashkirs and Tatars, standing for internationalist positions. In May, 1917 the Ufa Muslim military council was organized which purpose was to develop the political consciousness of soldiers. Shagit Hudayberdin, the known propagandist, the associate editor of the newspaper «Desire of a soldier» and its active correspondent became one of the leaders of the council.
On October, 29, 1917 Hudayberdin at the general meeting of Ufa Muslim military advice read out a decision, approving the slogan «All Power to Soviets!» and supporting just formed Soviet government. On November, 30 he together with the prominent bolshevists N.Bryuhaniv, А.Sviderskiy, А.Cheverev, Т.Kryvovy, A. Tsyurupy, E.Kadomtsev and others are elected to the Ufa province executive committee of Soviets. He is a member of revolutionary military commission of province, member of collegium of Moslem committee on Bashkirs. Soon the road of revolutionary fight brought Shagit from socialist-revolutionary to bolshevist party.
Some time Hudayberdin worked in the higher military inspection, supervised by Nickolay Podvoysky, who arrived to Ufa. He led Red Guard Tatar-Bashkir detachment, fought against White Guardist Czechs. He was injured. Then together with legendary Chapaev soldiers he prepared the liberation of native city from enemies. Then as politician worker of the 5th army he pursued the retreating to Siberia troops of Kolchak. Only at the end of 1919 Shagit Hudayberdin returned to Bashkiriya. He worked on the most difficult posts: as the chairman of regional executive committee and secretary canton committee of Russian Communist Party in Burzyan-Tangaurovskiy Canton in the conditions of devastation, hunger and gangsterism.
Shagit Akhmetovich was the delegate of the X congress of Russian Communist Party. He participated in suppression of counter-revolutionary kronshtad revolt. He was injured, laid in a hospital. Having returned to Bashkiriya, Shagit Hudayberdin took different posts: the chairman of Bashkir Central Execituve Committee, political (first) secretary of the Bashkir regional committee of Russian Communist Party, deputy people’s commissar of agriculture, and then till the end of his life he was the head of the people’s commissariat of internal affairs.
Hudayberdin, worked spare no effort, but his health after the wound gave way. He did not know yet then, that the insidious and almost incurable illness was waiting for him — nephrotuberculosis. In November 1924, Shagit Akhmetovich seriously fell ill. In spite of ailment, he left to Moscow for the decision of questions, related to life of the Bashkir republic. And there doctors put him in a hospital on an operation. He died on December 21, 1924. He was buried in Ufa.
 

On December 4, 1981 in Ufa, near House of press, the opening of monument to Shagit Akhmetovich Hudayberdin took place. The monument was created by sculptors Tamara Nechaeva, Boris Fuzeev, architect Farid Rekhmukov. In Ufa, in Kirovskiy and Sovetskiy districts, the Hudayberdin Street passes (former small Uspenskaya Street, then — Church, Red Street). It got the name of Hudayberdin on March 2, 1925.
