Farit Isangulov

(1928-1983)
Farit Akhmadullovich Isangulov was born on the 5th of March in 1928 in the village of Karlamanbash, Karmaskaly region, Bashkortostan. He was educated at the Bashkir State Pedagogocal Institute.
 

He took up literature in the 1950s. He worked in the genre of prose. His books of stories “The First Trial”(1953), “Khamit’s Bridge” (1956), “The Islands of Heroes” “the Summer” describe the romantic world of children and teenagers. F. Isangulov is the author of lyrical stories “My swan”, “Rasima”, “Faniya”. His trilogy “The Ear of Rye”, “the faithful Horse” and “The Kind Fellow”, “Monuments are for the Living” narrates a difficult historical moment of changes in the fate of the Bashkir nation.
