Roza Izgina was born in 1947 in Ufa.
She graduated from the Perm State Choreographic School (1964-168) and the Russian Academy of Theatrical Art (specialty – choreographic pedagogy (1998)). Since 1968 till 2007 she worked at the Bashkir State Theatre of Opera and Ballet. Among her parts are: Guylnar (‘Korsar” by A.Adan), Zulkhabira (Country Aygul by N.Sabitov), Persian dance (“Blue Dunabe” by I.Strauss), Girl from Polotsk (“Polotsk Dances” from opera “Prince Igor” by A.Borodin), Pas de Trois (“Swan lake” by P.Chaikovsky), Fairy Karabos (“Sleeping Beauty” by P.Chaykovskiy), Street Dancer/Mercedes (“Don Quixote” by L.Minkus), Zarema (“The Bakhchsarai Fountain” by B.Asafiev), Karmen ("Carmen-suite" by Z.Bizet-R.Shchedrin), Tankabike (“The Night of the Lunar Eclips” by M.Akhmetov). Since 1933 she is a ballet teacher-tutor at the theatre. Since 1985 she was atecher of the Bashkir Choreographic School. In 1974 she was awarded the title “Honoured Artist of BASSR”
