Creative biography: Murtazina is an academic mark of professional singing school of the whole republic. Radik Gareyev, Idris Gaziev, Askar and Ildar Abdrazakovy, Vladimir Belov, Vyacheslav Hramov, Vahit Hyzyrov, Hamite Izhboldin, Rail Kuchukov — that is only short list of singers with a world name, her pupils of different graduates. She has a merit in opening many talented actors. And till now „murtazintsy“, already standing steadily on a professional stage of various opera theatres, do not forget the teacher. Being in Ufa, they meet with her and even consult with her.

Milyausha Galievna began her pedagogical activity in 1954 in the Ufa School of Arts. Then since 1969 she has been working at the Ufa State Institute of Arts (nowadays the academy by name of Zagir Ismagilov), in 1980 – she is the head of department of solo singing, since 1984 — the senior lecturer, since 1990 – she is the professor. She continues to work at the solo performance department of the academy (USAA) and now. For 36 years of work in USAA Milyausha Galievna has proved to be not only a talented teacher constantly improving her pedagogical skills, but also a wise instructor-tutor, and also an active science officer in the field of development and perfection of a vocal technique. She is an author of over 20 scientific-methodical works concerning vocal pedagogics. And the solo singing and opera training department headed by her became one of the leading vocal departments in the country.

Milyausha Galievna graduated more than 30 pupils, successfully engaged in concert-performing and teaching activities in Bashkortostan and abroad. Many of them are awarded titles of winners and laureates of the international, All-Russia and republican contests, honorary titles of Russia and Bashkortostan, are owners of the state premiums. Her pupils won 52 laureate places in the international, All-Russia, zone and republican contests of vocalists.
