In 2004-2008 - leading specialist, chief consultant of the department of culture, sports, media, national and youth policy of the Office of the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan;

In 2008-2010 - Vice-Rector for additional and postgraduate education of Z.Ismagilov Ufa State Academy of Arts;

In 2010-2012 - Rector of the Z.Ismagilov Ufa State Academy of Arts;

Since 2012 - Minister of Culture of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
