Farit Yusupov was born in Orsk in 1925 (2011).
After graduation from the Leningrad School of Choreography (1941) he was a soloist of the Bashgkir Sttae Theatre of Opera and Ballet (until 1971). In 1970-200 he was the director of the ballet studio of the palace of culture and technology JSC "Ufa Plant of Elastomer Materials, Articles and Structures.
The main parts: Coppelius (“Coppelia” by Leo Delibes), Girei (“The Fountain of Bakhchisarai” by B.Asafiev), Arslanbai (“Songs of the Creane” by L.Stepanov and Z.Ismagilov), Von Rothbart (“Swan Lake” by P.Tchaikovsky), Paris, Tybalt (“Romeo and Juliette” by S.Prokofiev), the first performer of Bukhair’s parties (“Mountain eagel” by N.Sabitov) and Kasymbai (“Gulnazira” by N.Sabitov), Salima (“The black faced ones” by K.Zaimov and A.Chugaev). He is a participant of the Decade of Bashkir literature and art in Moscow (1955). He toured across the USSR.

1949 – was awarded the honorary title of Honoured Artist of the BASSR
1955 – was awarded the order of the Red Banner of Labour
1986 – was awarded the honorary title of the Honoured Cultural Worker of the RSFSR.
